How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 7-10 business days for our order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. Every order is packed with care. 

What about shipping?

We currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to use in __New York___, you’ll get it faster than if you live in __California___. The UPS/USPS quote 2 - 8 business days for shipping. 

At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Personalized or custom orders take 7-14 business days to create because they are made-to-order.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Can I track my order?

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the shipping company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at hello@itsallora.com Item line "Tracking link for Order # ___ "

How much does shipping cost?

If your order amount exceeds 500USD standard shipping will be free.

Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

You can change your order as long as it is not yet shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us at hello@itsallora.com as soon as possible to change your order. Item line "Change Order #___ "

What if my package is returned to you as undeliverable?

Any packages returned to us that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when the returned package has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 25 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.

Why isn't my order going through?

First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered during checkout does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.
